The maximum report processing jobs limit configured by your system administrator has been reached

This is very common error (“maximum report processing jobs limit”) when crystal report printing job limit over

We can solve this problem using two way:
1. Need to write following code on CrystalReportViewer Unload event
a. Perform reportDocument Deispose
b.Perform reportDocument Clone
c.Perform reportDocument Close
d. Perform CrystalReportViewer Dispose

Code

//Declare ReportDocument as a Global variable.
ReportDocument rd = new ReportDocument()
 rd.Dispose(); //Here rd is Report Document which is Initialized before
 rd.Clone();
 rd.Close();
 CrystalReportViewer1.Dispose();

2. We can change the os register entry
a. Go to run and write regedit
b. Now go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE ==> SOFTWARE ==> CRYSTAL DECISIONS10.0 ==> REPORT APPLICATION SERVERSERVER ==>PrintJobLimit  (Available on right panel)

For Crystal Report 13 you have to do following

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE ==> SOFTWARE ==> SAP BusinessObjects ==> Crystal Reports for .net Framework 4.0 ==> Server ==> Print Job Limit (Available on right panel)

c. You will find it 75.
d. Now set it -1 for unlimited printing job.
